• Custom Workflows & Integrations: Design and maintain custom workflows and integrations between Marketo and other platforms, extending automation beyond out-of-the-box capabilities to meet evolving business needs.

• Data Hygiene & Consent Management: Enforce data hygiene standards, deduplication, and field governance; manage consent and preference center programs to ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
• Third-Party Integrations: Integrate and maintain connections between Marketo and third-party tools (e.g., webinar platforms, enrichment vendors, event tools, data providers).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales Operations and Marketing teams to align automation strategies with revenue goals and lead lifecycle stages.
• AI & Innovation: Stay current on AI-driven marketing capabilities and proactively identify opportunities to apply AI and emerging technologies to improve targeting, personalization, and campaign performance.
• HTML & Asset Support: Leverage working knowledge of HTML to build, troubleshoot, and refine email templates, landing pages, and form behaviors.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process and automation improvements to scale the marketing engine.
