Sr. Business Operations Analyst – Automotive Business Unit

## Company: Qualcomm China ## Job Area: Operations Group, Operations Group > Business Operations General Summary: The Automotive Business Operations Team is seeking a highly motivated Sr./Staff Business Operations Analyst to support New Product Introduction (NPI) and Sustaining Operations across the Automotive Business Unit. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in product planning, supply chain management, demand forecasting, program planning, and data analytics, with the ability to drive cross-functional execution throughout the product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities * Manage NPI demand, sample allocations, and order fulfillment activities to support successful customer launches and program execution. * Own NPI demand planning and supply allocation processes, working closely with Product Management and Supply Chain teams to ensure customer requirements are met. * Lead and coordinate product lifecycle management activities, including NPI, PCN, BTO, EOL, and obsolescence management, in partnership with Product Management, Program Management, Engineering, Sales, Customer Service, Planning, Operations, and Warehouse teams. * Support sustaining business operations by driving Process Change Notifications (PCNs) and lifecycle management activities, assessing customer impact, and developing risk-mitigated Plans of Record (POR). * Monitor and optimize supply-demand alignment across NPI products, proactively identifying risks and driving mitigation plans. * Partner with global warehouse and operations teams to ensure ERP data integrity and effective inventory management. * Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve processes, drive operational excellence, and support strategic business objectives. * Perform additional business operations activities as required. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 4+ years of business operations or related experience. OR Associate's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 6+ years of business operations or related experience. *Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
