  • Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules while tracking critical milestones.
  • Establish achievable production and delivery schedules based on material availability and manufacturing capacity.

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, electrical single-line diagrams, and technical specifications.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering, supply chain, production, and quality teams.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and project scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Experience working with power distribution equipment, including switchgear, Power Distribution Centers (PDCs), Remote Power Panels (RPPs), Static Transfer Switches (STS), or UPS systems.
  • PMP certification or active pursuit of certification.
  • Familiarity with UL, NEC, ANSI, or other electrical industry standards.
  • Experience coordinating Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and customer witness testing.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
