Responsibilities

→Learn calibration procedures and how to use digital calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, and other measurement tools as needed
→Perform part inspections with a high level of attention to detail
→Perform scheduled maintenance plans for all machines
→Keep work areas safe, productive, and clean
→Support a team approach with a strong work ethic
→Work varying schedules, which may include day or night shifts, weekdays, weekends, and some holidays

Requirements

Ability to learn and apply mechanical blueprint reading and precision measurement
Great attention to detail for accurate part inspections
Ability to lift and move up to 70 lbs. independently
Fanuc control experience is a plus
CNC mill or CNC screw machine operation experience is a plus
Wire EDM operation experience is a plus
Willingness and flexibility to work on varying schedules, including potential shift work and holidays
Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
