Responsibilities

  • Assemble & Package: Follow clear work instructions to build, inspect, and pack archery components.
  • Meet Production Goals: Hit daily and weekly targets while maintaining strict quality standards.
  • Hands‑On Work: Lift and maneuver parts and bins, use basic hand tools, and work safely on the production floor.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify minor process enhancements and share feedback with your team.
  • Housekeeping: Keep your workstation clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines.

Requirements

  • Entry‑Level Talent: No prior manufacturing experience required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Small parts assembly experience a plus.
  • Physical Ability: Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs independently
  • Detail‑Oriented: Ability to follow step‑by‑step processes and maintain high accuracy.
  • Team Player: Positive attitude, good communication skills, and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Safety Focused: Commitment to following all company safety policies and PPE requirements.
