Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process sales orders within defined timelines
- Work extensively on Excel for tracking, reporting, and data analysis
- Identify opportunities to maximize revenue by suggesting alternative/replacement inventory
- Monitor bookings proactively, highlight discrepancies, and ensure timely corrections
- Coordinate seamlessly between Sales and Operations teams
- Ensure timely invoicing and documentation
- Track and follow up on outstanding payments
- Generate and share reports as per business and sales team requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Ad Sales / Media operations
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
