At Quest, Inc., we believe every person deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and live as independently as possible. As a Validation Coordinator, you'll help transform goals into real-life outcomes for adults with disabilities. From creating individualized learning programs to coaching staff and tracking progress, you'll play an important role in helping individuals build new skills and increase their independence.   This is a full-time, onsite position based out of our Training Center in Apopka. You'll travel throughout the Orlando area to support our group homes, collaborate with staff, observe programs in action, and provide guidance that helps individuals achieve meaningful success.   What You'll Do: Develop individualized skill-building programs that help adults with disabilities achieve greater independence.
