A 4-star superior alpine resort in Windischgarsten, Austria is looking for a motivated Waiter / Chef de Rang (m/f/d).

• →Welcoming and caring for guests (advising and selling) at your station
• →Ensuring smooth daily operations in the restaurant
• →Compliance with HACCP hygiene regulations
• →Increasing restaurant revenue through additional sales
• →Responsibility for a service station
• →Supervising a Commis de Rang at your station
• →Food service
• →Breakfast, lunch, and dinner service
• →Mise en place duties
• →Participation in daily service briefings and regular training sessions

• Completed training in gastronomy/hospitality or experience as Chef de Rang in upscale hospitality
• Good knowledge of German and English for communication with guests
• Organizational skills, teamwork ability, and leadership behavior
• Knowledge of beverages and wines
• Friendly and warm personality
