Waiter / Chef de Rang (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client, a 5* Hotel in Serfaus, Tyrol, Austria, we are looking for a Chef de Rang! 

• Insure in the smooth running of the section
• Assisting junior team members
• Deliver excellent standards of service in a friendly and professional manner to our guests
• Proactively welcome and greet all guests and visitors to the Restaurant and the Hotel
• Assist in the set up if the restaurant before service, ensuring all required items are stocked and ready
• Seat guests offering them menus, drinks and provide explanations of the menu when required
• Deal efficiently and courteously with all guest queries
• Ensure the restaurant environment is always maintained and cleaned to a high standard both during and after service
• Deliver consistent, exceptional service in line with the luxury standards
• Excellent knowledge of restaurant menus in order to be able to offer guidance and make recommendations

The ideal candidate will:

• have a passion for all things food and beverage
• be able to help train and supervise team members ensuring they deliver consistent quality of service
• have previous experience in a similar environment
• have a strong understanding of the high standards that are demanded from a 4* and 5* establishments
• be creative minded with a passion and respect for the provenance of food
• relish the pressure of a busy restaurant environment
• speak German at a minimum B1 level 

• Salary: 1.900- 2.100 € net amount
