We are looking for a driven, high-energy, and professional Business Development Executive to sell transformative workshops, keynote addresses, corporate programmes, and leadership solutions to business leaders and organisations. This role is perfect for an ambitious, target-driven salesperson who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and representing high-profile brands with impact and professionalism. To succeed in this role, you must have proven experience in consultative or solution-based sales and a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills are essential to engage decision-makers and deliver tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell both brands’ offerings, including: Keynote Addresses Executive Workshops Programme Directing & MC services Strategy & Workshop Facilitation Book Sales Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities across both brands Build and maintain strong client relationships and networks Present services as tailored solutions to meet client needs Develop proposals, manage the sales pipeline, and track performance against targets Represent the brands professionally at events, workshops, and client meetings Collaborate with brand owners to align on sales strategy and priorities Operate efficiently with the support of sales tools, rate cards, and brand resources Contribute to sales targets for both brands, maximizing earnings and portfolio growth Requirements Education Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field Minimum 5+ years' enterprise B2B sales; comfortable engaging CEOs and HR Directors at senior levels Experience selling professional services, workshops, corporate programmes, or keynotes is essential Experience operating within or selling into the events, conferencing or leadership development sector Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Experience managing multiple clients or portfolios is preferred Skills & Competencies Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong relationship-building and networking abilities Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Polished and professional, capable of representing high-profile brands Comfortable selling intangible services rather than physical products
