Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed feasibility analyses and draft strategic business plans to establish the practice. Recruit, onboarding, and mentor a team of financial advisors to drive business growth. Direct, manage, and inspire the advisory sales force to meet sales targets and performance standards. Build, maintain, and expand a personal financial planning brand integrated with the organisation's offerings. Oversee day-to-day franchise operations, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Requirements Minimum of 5 years’ experience within financial planning. Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and motivate a sales team. Proven track record in talent acquisition and recruitment. Strong commercial acumen and strategic business management skills. An established professional network within the financial services sector. Exceptional passion, drive, and interpersonal leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualification in Financial Planning, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Professional industry designation (e.g., Certified Financial Planner / CFP).
