Engineering Manager

Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, as an Engineering Manager, you will own the technical direction of the AffiliationCloud platform within a cloud-based microservice architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and high engineering standards. You will lead a team of six developers, ensuring engineering best practices are consistently applied across services and applications using tools like Laravel for backend services and Vue.js for frontend development.  

A key part of this role is driving the transition to an AI-driven development mindset, embedding AI tools and practices into daily workflows to boost development speed, code quality, and team productivity. 

You will work closely with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to turn business requirements into well-architected solutions.
