Thank you in your interest in a internship RAM Group. We are currently interviewing for unpaid internships for 2026 in our property team in Sydney. 

RAM offers internship opportunities for domestic and overseas students to gain valuable, real-world, and wide-ranging experience in real estate investment management and property management.

We look for those who are inquisitive, hard working, highly organised, and willing to get deep into detail. Plus currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.

What this opportunity offers:

• Hands-on experience in investment, fund operations, and valuation
• Exposure to property types: shopping centres, hospitals, medical facilities, offices
• Insight into listed/unlisted investments, strategies, and fund lifecycle
• Involvement in acquisitions and divestments
• Direction on accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and meetings
• Exposure to development: feasibility, cost estimates, and contracts
• Attend industry presentations and site inspections
• Conduct market research and track industry trends
• Mentorship and catch ups with professionals
