Group reservation manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced  Group Reservation Manager to join our growing team. The Group reservation manager will be responsible for oversees and manage all aspects of group reservations to ensure a seamless booking experience for B2B partners.

This role requires a deep understanding of travel logistics,experience in group tourism,  strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills, along with the ability work with large amounts of information at the same time.

• →Booking Management: Process group reservations promptly and accurately. Searching and booking of  group accommodation options, additional services, according to the request.
• →Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences. 
• →Travel Coordination: Receiving and processing requests for booking hotels, other accommodation facilities, transport services, excursions around the world for groups;
• →Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage relationships with hotels, and other service providers to secure favorable rates and terms.
• →Itinerary Creation:  Create customized travel itineraries that align with clients' interests and budgets.
• →Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any group booking issues or client complaints promptly. Partner support in all cases arising from the completed booking (cancellation, changes, relocation, etc.)

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in group travel management, concierge agency, TMC, DMC or tour operator companies.
• Knowledge of the bases of hotels in Russian Federation and popular destinations.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of travel-related regulations and compliance.
• Proficient in travel management software and tools.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Language Skills: knowledge of English on at least Upper-Intermediate level (both spoken and written).
• Ability to work under heavy load.
• Responsible, stress-resistant, attentive person.
