- Office experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Must be able to work flexible schedules as required which may include working off shifts and weekends
- Able to perform essential duties at a fixed computer station
- Associates Degree in Business and/or Accounting desirable
- Proficiency in English, both oral and written communication
- At least 1 year experience utilizing a warehouse management system.
- Ability to multi-task
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to speak with all levels of the organization
- Ability to communicate and work with the public
- Ability to write routine reports
- Must be proficient in mathematics
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
- Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurements, volume and distance
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Ability to analyze and interpret data
