Social Media Intern

We help companies find and hire great talent faster, and we're building a brand that makes hiring actually interesting. As a fast-moving product team, social media is how we tell that story to the world, and you'll be right at the center of it.

We're looking for a creative, internet-native Social Media Intern to help grow Recooty's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube. You'll work directly with the marketing team to plan, create, and publish content that makes hiring and HR tech genuinely interesting. Perform well, and this internship converts into a full-time role after 3 months.

• →Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, and X
• →Write engaging copy for posts, reels, carousels, and short-form videos
• →Create or coordinate visuals using tools like Canva (design skills are a plus, not a must)
• →Research trends, memes, and formats in HR tech, SaaS, and startup communities — and adapt them for Recooty
• →Engage with our audience: reply to comments, join relevant conversations, and build community
• →Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and share weekly insights
• →Support campaigns for product launches, blog content, and video ads

• Strong written English — you can write a hook that stops the scroll
• Active, curious presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, or X; you understand what works on each platform
• Basic familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar creation tools
• Interest in SaaS, startups, HR tech, or B2B marketing (prior experience is a bonus, not required)
• Self-starter attitude — you bring ideas, not just execution
• Students, recent graduates, or early-career candidates based in or willing to relocate to Jabalpur

• Good command of video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
• Hands-on experience with AI video tools like HeyGen and Higgsfield
• Experience creating short-form video content (reels, shorts) that has actually performed

• ₹10,000/month stipend
• Pre-Placement Offer (PPO): a full-time role at Recooty after 3 months, based on performance
• Hands-on experience marketing a real SaaS product with global users
• Direct mentorship from the founding/marketing team — no layers, real ownership
• Certificate of completion and letter of recommendation
