Junior Quality Process Specialist (Aeropace), Portuguese speaker

• Define detailed guidelines on what needs to be audited and the quality standards to be applied
  
  
• Maintain our quality management system by recording incidents, changes and improvements
  
  
• Carry out audits of our systems based (EN9100)
  
  
• Determine quality measures for all manufacturing procedures
  
  
• Monitor the entire process cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible
  
  
• Inspect product materials and electrical systems for defects and durability
  
  
• Identify the cause of technical problems and recommend modifications
  
  
• Write reports on malfunctions and corrective actions (e.g. number of defective raw materials per order)
  
  
• Review current plans and quality documents
  
  
• Define and monitor quality assurance targets (e.g. reduce average processing time for quality checks by 20%)
  
  
• Coordinate external QA auditors and technicians to ensure legal compliance
  
  
• Work with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction by improving process quality
  
  

Requirements

       Get a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or equivalent field!

• Practical experience of quality management process and test methods
  
  
• Thorough understanding of technical documents
  
  
• Good knowledge of statistical analysis
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  
  
• Team player
  
  
• Good analytical skills
