As the Hydro Blast Department Manager, you will provide leadership and oversight for the Hydro Blast department while ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable operations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• →Lead, manage, and develop Hydro Blast operations and personnel.
• →Use strong management and leadership skills to evaluate, plan, develop, and implement best-in-class safety performance.
• →Review estimates and approve bids in accordance with contracts and procurement processes.
• →Conduct project planning, scheduling, and coordination for assigned projects and tasks.
• →Authorize the purchase of materials and supplies in accordance with company policies, contracts, and procurement procedures.
• →Ensure operations comply with applicable government laws, regulations, industry standards, and company requirements.
• →Maintain strong communication with customers, employees, management, and project teams.
• →Build and maintain strong organizational systems to keep projects and department operations running efficiently.
• →Utilize computer systems and technology to support department operations, reporting, and communication.
• →Demonstrate a strong desire to learn, improve, and develop both personally and professionally.
• →Promote Redi's core values throughout the department and lead by example.
• →Successfully complete pre-employment and periodic screenings.

• Minimum 5 years of Hydro Blast experience.
• At least 2 years of Hydro Blast management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and teams.
• Strong understanding of industrial Hydro Blast operations and safety requirements.
• Proficiency with computers and applicable business software.
• Commitment to safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
