We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Trial Attorney to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing high-stakes litigation cases from inception through resolution. This role requires exceptional trial advocacy skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of complex legal issues.

Responsibilities

→Lead and manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, motions, trials, and appeals.
→Develop and execute case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
→Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and arguments.
→Prepare and present persuasive legal arguments in court.
→Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and settlement agreements.
→Collaborate with clients, witnesses, experts, and other attorneys to gather evidence and build strong cases.
→Provide mentorship and guidance to junior attorneys and paralegals.
→Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents.
→Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
