Lamination Mold Repair Specialists are responsible for meticulously inspecting and enhancing molds within the lamination department, ensuring optimal performance for critical shipbuilding processes. Successful candidates will execute precise repairs, implement preventive maintenance strategies tailored for lamination, and collaborate seamlessly with production teams to maintain smooth schedules. 1. →Minimum of 3 years of hands-on mold repair experience within the shipbuilding industry, with a focus on molds used in the lamination department.
