Regal Boats is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Factory Support Technician. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and after-sales support, with a focus on supporting daily service shop operations. The successful candidate will demonstrate technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction.

1. →3-5 years of experience in the marine industry.
2. →Open availability and willingness to travel.
3. →High school diploma or equivalent.
4. →Proven technical expertise in boat systems, engines, electrical systems, and plumbing.
5. →Proficient in all aspects of trailering a boat.
6. →Experience with fiberglass and resin.
7. →Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
8. →Customer-focused with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
9. →Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
10. →Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
11. →Valid driver's license and availability for extensive travel.
12. →Must possess or be able to obtain a valid passport.
13. →Conversational English.

1. Experience with gel coat repair
2. Possess or be able to obtain a captain's license (reimbursed by the company).
3. Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in close proximity to others.
4. Understanding and ability to follow verbal and written directions.
