Responsibilities
~1 min read▸ Own and grow sales of Adcare's urology portfolio across your district, consistently hitting and exceeding annual targets
▸ Develop and execute a strategic territory plan — covering customer segmentation, product positioning, pricing negotiations, and pipeline management
▸ Work closely with the CEO on pricing and margin management to ensure profitability
▸ Create multiple touchpoints with customers — from frontline clinicians to procurement leads — becoming their trusted partner
▸ Develop and maintain high-value relationships with key accounts, ensuring Adcare has a strong, lasting presence
▸ Lead negotiations and influence decisions at senior clinical and procurement level
▸ Deliver in-service education and product training to ensure optimal use of the portfolio
▸ Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshoot product issues on-site
▸ Support the successful launch of new products and clinical concepts in your territory
▸ Keep your CRM up to date with field activities, opportunity forecasts, and competitor intelligence
▸ Share market insights with the broader team to inform strategy and product planning
Requirements
~1 min read▸ Minimum 5 years in medical device sales and with a clinical background (e.g. nursing) — ideally in urology or a related therapeutic area
▸ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a field-based role
▸ Strong scientific literacy — comfortable reading clinical papers and discussing evidence with healthcare professionals
▸ Experience working with marketing teams to launch new products or clinical concepts
▸ Full clean driving licence
▸ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you build trust quickly and sustain it
▸ Confident negotiator, comfortable influencing at clinician and procurement level
▸ Strong analytical mindset — able to turn data and market insights into a compelling sales argument
▸ Solid planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage a complex territory independently
▸ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems
▸ Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
▸ Self-motivated and proactive — you set your own pace and don't need to be micromanaged
▸ Structured and methodical in how you plan your week and territory
▸ Genuinely customer-focused — you measure success by the outcomes you create for patients and clinicians
▸ Collaborative team player who shares knowledge and supports colleagues
