ActiveOne: Admin Staff (Bacolod and Cebu)

Location/s:

-One Sanparq, San Antonio Park Square, Brgy. Mandalagan, Bacolod City 

-Cebu IT Park, Cebu City

Qualifications: 

• Must already have a valid TIN, SSS, Philhealth, Pag-IBIG-HDMF, NBI, and Vaccination Card
• Preferably can start immediately. (Within 7 days)
• Candidates must be a graduate of any 4-year course;  Nursing graduates (Registered Nurse/Underboard) are welcome to apply
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Good knowledge in computer systems (use of Google Sheet and/or Microsoft Office, G-Suite) other platforms as needed for monitoring.

Job Description:

The Admin Staff is expected to perform a wide range of administrative activities in the clinic which include but are not limited to the following: 

• Prepares various reports for submission to Client Site HR (data on pre-employment physical examination, annual physical examination, clinic transactions, etc.)

• Provides assistance in HMO-related activities of Site personnel (enrollment, availments, etc.)

• Schedules and coordinates executive check-ups and annual physical examination of site employees

• Validates medical certificates; Responds to queries and requests for data and info from Site HR

• Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned depending on business need
