Position: Healthy Living Coordinator (Nursing Graduate) 

Location: Metro Manila - BGC, Taguig City

Qualifications: 

• Must be a Registered Nurse
• Preferably 6 months to 1 year of administrative job experience
• Computer literate. Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
• Organized and can work with minimal supervision
• Can work on a hybrid set-up (onsite and at home)
• With a strong home internet connection (minimum 25mbps)
• Can work in a shifting schedule.
• Good communication skills.
• Willing to work in BGC, Taguig City

Job Description:

• The Healthy Living Coordinator (Nursing Graduate) will facilitate and monitor health and well-being activities, and other activities assigned by the company.

• Works with the Medical Team on special projects

• Familiarize himself/herself with the company culture, processes and programs

• Maintains activity trackers

• Organizes and provides regular post-activity reports (e.g. utilization, feedback, etc.)

• Coordinates health activities with concerned stakeholders (e.g. Navigator links request to Learning Ops Team, gatepass and work permits to Facilities, food requests to Sodexo, etc.)

• Ensures the availability of feedback forms in each health and well-being activities

• Assists with vendor accreditation by monitoring and ensuring complete submission of requirements.

• Liaising with suppliers, contractors and staff in other departments.

• Will perform other admin tasks
