• →Provide a visible security presence while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• →Assist hotel management with investigations involving lost property, suspicious activity, or policy violations.
• →Identify potential safety hazards and report maintenance or security concerns promptly.
• →Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
• →Work closely with front desk staff, hotel management, and other departments to support hotel operations.

• Previous security, loss prevention, or related experience preferred.
• Strong observation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
• Ability to prepare clear, accurate incident reports.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional appearance.
• Ability to stand, walk, and conduct patrols for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• CPR, First Aid, or other relevant safety certifications are a plus.
