About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support our HR team across the EMEA region (and other markets as required). This role plays a key part in delivering a high-quality HR service to employees and stakeholders while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across all HR processes.
The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in HR operations, strong administrative skills, and a passion for improving processes within a dynamic, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage employee documentation including:
- Offer letters, contracts, contract variations.
- Probation reviews, disciplinary and grievance documentation.
- Performance management and redundancy processes (including TUPE).
- Maintain and update HR systems such as:
- Sage (HR database).
- Peakon (employee engagement platform).
- Greenhouse (ATS).
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes:
- Draft contracts and offer letters.
- Conduct background and reference checks.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation across regions.
- Provide first-line HR support:
- Respond to employee and manager queries via email, phone, and other channels.
- Escalate complex issues to HR/People Partners when needed.
- Support performance appraisal and compensation planning processes.
- Collaborate with payroll and finance teams:
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll data.
- Support HR audits and compliance checks.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes:
- Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready.
- Lead and support HR initiatives:
- Maternity and paternity processes.
- Safer recruitment (RTW checks, references, data protection).
- Identify and improve HR processes:
- Drive efficiency and support automation initiatives.
- Ensure alignment of global and EMEA processes.
- Support reporting and analytics:
- Generate HR reports and provide data insights.
- Actively contribute to team collaboration:
- Participate in meetings.
- Work closely with People Partners and stakeholders across the business.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certification (e.g., CIPD Level 3 or equivalent) is an advantage.
Experience:
- 3–6 years of experience in an HR administrative or HR operations role.
- Experience supporting multiple regions (EMEA experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Sage, Greenhouse, or similar ATS/HRIS tools).
