- Greets all guests at the Players’ Club.
- Processes Players’ Club applications.
- Distributes rewards to Players’ Club members as indicated.
- Provides feedback to marketing department on specific issues as they relate to the club and to the guests.
- Provides assistance in execution of promotions, programs and drawings as requested by supervisory staff.
- Receives direction from marketing department and effectively communicate to guest
- Performs other tasks as assigned.
- Demonstrates consistent regard and dedication to guests, colleagues and the Company by being engaged, interested and productive.
- Demonstrates an understanding of the impact actions and decisions have on the Company both financially and on customer relations.

- Knowledge of computer systems.
- Knowledge of promotional system set up and/or ability to learn.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate gaming license through to the New York State Lottery.
