Finance Manager

· Build and maintain financial models, budgets, forecasts · Perform variance analysis, KPI tracking, trend analysis · Query and analyse data using SQL · Create dashboards and reports (Power BI/Tableau) · Provide actionable financial insights · Optimize cash flow, working capital, costs · Ensure compliance IFRS/local GAAP and tax · Support audit and regulatory reporting · Collaborate with teams to translate data into business decisions · Present financial info to non-finance stakeholders Requirements · Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Admin · 3-5 years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably FP&A/corporate finance · Strong SQL skills · Advanced Excel & financial modelling · Experience with dashboard/BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) · Knowledge IFRS/local GAAP, tax compliance, audit · Strong analytical & communication skills Benefits · Annual Leave · EPF · SOCSO · EIS · Annual Bonus
