Growth Marketing Manager
Quick Summary
moving season, spring cleaning, college move-out, and year-end
ReSupply is looking for an adaptable, data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to help shape and deliver the marketing strategy that will reinvent and forever change the supply chain of charitable contributions in the U.S., helping turn household goods into emergency relief for those in need. If you're excited about leveraging email, organic social, and influencer partnerships to make a tangible social impact, we'd love to talk to you.
As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will own three of ReSupply's channels from top to bottom: email, our organic social accounts, and our affiliate and influencer partnerships. This is a hands-on role with no direct reports, making it ideal for someone who enjoys setting the strategic plan as well as executing the work -- heavily supported by modern AI tools -- to ensure people see ReSupply as the easiest way to give their stuff a second life.
You'll shape the roadmap for these three channels, prioritizing the campaigns and partnerships that actually drive incremental bookings and revenue over vanity metrics like likes and follower counts. You'll work closely with our marketing team, sales, and customer success to improve the experiences and visibility that power ReSupply's business. Because you'll be working across email automation, social content, and partner negotiation, you'll have the opportunity to understand how our digital presence connects donors with charities and help build a marketing engine that scales with the company.
Our small, tight-knit team is seeking a candidate who will work closely with us at our Downtown Boston headquarters. We do our best work when we can innovate together in an open, collaborative environment. Our culture is built on thinking disruptively, obsessing over adding value, and supporting one another as we strive to Make Giving Simple – and have fun doing it!

Responsibilities
~2 min readEmail (you'll learn a lot of this on the job)
- →Take over our email program, starting with an audit of what we send today and what it actually earns.
- →Build and improve automated flows, like follow-ups for people who start a booking but don't finish, and win-back emails for past donors. Our team and your AI tools will help you get up to speed on the technical side.
- →Plan campaigns around the moments people actually donate: moving season, spring cleaning, college move-out, and year-end giving.
- →QA everything before it goes out. Nobody should get a "finish your booking" email the day after their pickup.
Affiliate and influencer partnerships
- →Take over our affiliate program. Right now that's one partnership, Momfluence, which connects us with mom creators. We'd like it to be a lot more than one.
- →Find and test new partners and platforms, from creators to referral partners like movers and realtors, and negotiate terms that make sense for the business.
- →Track every partner to verified bookings and true cost per booking, and work with finance on commissions.
Organic social
- →Run ReSupply's social channels with a plan built around what drives visits and bookings, not follower counts.
- →Turn what we already have (pickups, charity partner stories, customer reviews, creator content) into posts, working with our designer and AI tools to produce them.
- →Keep an eye on comments and DMs, and send booking or service issues to our support team.
Across all three
- →Measure what's actually incremental. Use holdout groups, test-and-control splits, and clean tracking to separate new revenue from bookings that would have happened anyway.
- →Report monthly on what each channel drove and what it cost, with results de-duplicated across channels and checked against paid media.
- →Recommend where the next dollar and the next hour should go, even when the answer is "less of something we like."
AI is a big part of why this role works as one job. We use it every day at ReSupply, and you'll lean on it to:
- Learn email faster: drafting copy, building and fixing templates, writing QA checklists, and figuring out platform features you haven't used before.
- Produce more social content with less effort, like first-draft captions, video edits, and turning one piece of content into five.
- Do the analysis: cleaning up partner reports, reconciling bookings, spotting trends, and building the reports you'll present.
- Research and reach out to new partners.
What AI can't do is tell you whether something is accurate, on-brand, or worth doing. That part's on you. You'll also make sure partners disclose that they're paid (the FTC takes this seriously) and that anything AI-generated is labeled the way each platform requires.
- Around four years in marketing, ideally in a role where you owned a number: revenue, bookings, leads, or return on spend.
- Hands-on experience in at least one of email, affiliate or influencer marketing, or social media. You don't need all three, but you should be excited to learn the others.
- Real comfort with data. You're at home in spreadsheets and analytics tools, and you understand attribution well enough to be skeptical of it.
- You know the difference between "this campaign drove 100 bookings" and "this campaign caused 100 bookings."
- A detail-oriented streak. Broken links, typos, and numbers that don't add up bother you until they're fixed.
- Adaptability. Priorities shift at a growing company, and you can shift with them without dropping anything.
- You already use AI tools in your work and can show us how they've made you faster or better.
- Clear writing, and the confidence to negotiate with partners.

- Month 1: Learn the business and the numbers. Audit email, social, and the Momfluence partnership, and set a baseline for what each one actually drives.
- Month 2: Launch your first email flow (with help from the team), reshape the social plan around results, and bring on at least one new partner or test.
- Month 3: Report on what each channel added, measuring incrementality wherever we can, and recommend where to focus next.
- Make a tangible impact through mission-driven work that improves communities across the country.
- Join a collaborative, entrepreneurial team where your work directly influences company growth.
- Flexible PTO and early-exit Fridays year-round.
- Company-provided lunch in the office every day.
- 3% Company 401(k) match.

How to apply
Send your resume and a short note about a time you used data to change what you were doing in marketing: what the numbers showed, what you changed, and what happened next. We care more about how you think than how big the brand was that you worked on.
Optional, but we'll notice: an affiliate partner reports 50 bookings last month, but our records show 30 completed pickups. In a few sentences, tell us what you'd check.
