Our Client:

Our client is a fast-growing eCommerce company with a single, focused premium brand selling on Amazon across the USA, Europe, and soon globally. With over $4M in annual revenue and a growth rate of 50–100% year-over-year, they’re on an ambitious journey to build a $100M global brand—not just on Amazon, but across the entire eCommerce landscape.

This year alone, they’re launching 10+ new products under one cohesive brand identity. The environment is fast-paced, strategic, and supportive—with tremendous room for ownership and leadership.

In this role, you’ll:

You’ll take full responsibility for the brand’s performance on Amazon (and eventually across all eCommerce platforms), reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating closely with the broader team. This is not just a marketing or operations role—it’s a business leadership role with ownership over sales growth, profitability, product launches, and strategic execution.

  • CEO (1:1 Mentorship & Strategy): Shape brand direction and key business priorities.
  • Marketing Manager: Drive advertising, branding, and growth initiatives.
  • Supply Chain Manager: Ensure smooth inventory management and profitability.
  • Support Manager: Leverage customer feedback to improve products and positioning.
  • R&D Manager: Innovate and iterate on product development.
  • Graphic Designer: Collaborate on listing visuals and brand creative.

What You’ll Be Doing

Product & Listing Management

  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and listing creation (titles, bullets, A+ content, backend).
  • Build photo briefs and collaborate with photographers, designers, copywriters, and translators.
  • Populate products with full-funnel Amazon advertising strategy.

Product Launches & Growth

  • Lead product launches: positioning, ranking, review and advertising strategies.
  • Track and analyze keyword performance, conversion rate, BSR, etc.
  • Set and adjust pricing based on market and performance signals.

Data, Metrics & Strategy

  • Interpret data to optimize revenue, gross profit, pricing strategy, and profitability.
  • Own the brand’s commercial KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports for leadership review.
  • Strategically plan for brand expansion.

Operations & Brand Infrastructure

  • Resolve listing or compliance issues with Seller Support.
  • Register and maintain Amazon Brand Registry assets.
  • Manage the Amazon storefront and other branding components.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–5 years in Amazon brand or account management roles.
  • Amazon Expertise: Seller Central (mandatory), PPC, listings, analytics, operations.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: You think in numbers, not just narratives.
  • Strong grasp of metrics like ACOS, TACOS, ROI, CTR, CVR, profitability, BSR.
  • Proven ability to own revenue, profit, and growth strategy.
  • Good to have: Helium10, Data Dive, Sellerboard.
  • Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, Notion, AI Tools
  • Familiarity with advertising platforms, attribution tools, market intelligence
  • Entrepreneurial thinker who thrives on ownership.
  • Strategic and analytical, but ready to get your hands dirty.

  • Strong communicator and project manager.
