In This Role, You’ll:

Act as the steady hands behind a growing RevOps system, keeping HubSpot clean, organized, and running the way it's supposed to. This is a support and execution role built around your ability to work inside an existing playbook, catch what others miss, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks, without needing to rebuild the system to feel useful.

You'll work closely with the RevOps team as the person who keeps the tech stack humming: maintaining contacts, views, properties, and workflows in HubSpot, triaging support requests from the sales team, and QA-ing automations before they go live. Tools like Google Sheets and HubSpot are core to how this team operates, and you'll use them daily to keep data clean and processes documented. Your attention to detail, follow-through, and comfort working within someone else's system are what make this role, and the path to a Senior RevOps position, possible.

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform ongoing HubSpot maintenance: cleaning up contacts, views, properties, workflows, and reports 
• Triage and resolve incoming tech support requests (calendar issues, HubSpot questions from the sales team, etc.) 
• Execute delegated HubSpot tasks including updating contact views, adjusting workflow logic, and QA-ing automations 
• Help document and organize RevOps processes across the funnel 
• Attend a weekly project review to get updates, ask questions, and report progress 
• Flag issues proactively when something looks off 

What You Won't Be Doing 

• This role is not about coming in with your own systems or rebuilding what exists. You'll be working within a defined tech stack and following detailed playbooks. 
• If you're someone who needs to overhaul everything to feel productive, this probably isn't the right fit. 

What You’ll Bring:

Must Have

• 2-4 years of hands-on HubSpot experience; you understand how contacts, deals, workflows, and properties relate to each other
• Fluent English, C1 or advanced
• Strong Google Sheets experience
• Experience with n8n and Claude (or similar AI/automation tools) 
• You're comfortable working inside someone else's system without needing to rearchitect it 
• Catch the details others miss (wrong property, wrong pipeline filter, data going to the wrong place) 
• Communicate clearly and proactively; you ask good questions before going deep on the wrong thing 
• Can manage your own time and hit deadlines without heavy oversight 
• Have worked in a similar support or ops assistant capacity before

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with tools like Salesmessage, Kajabi, or Zapier 
• Experience in an education, coaching, or digital-services business 
• Prior experience supporting a RevOps or sales/marketing ops team
