Our Client:
Our client has built an AI-powered operating system that runs the entire sales engagement layer for automotive dealerships, and it's already proven at scale, having worked over a million leads and booked more than 100,000 appointments.
They're changing the way sales works in automotive. The old model, broken manual follow-up loops, reps buried in busywork, is being replaced by a closed-loop system that handles the grind, so sales reps can focus on what they do best: selling and closing. Dealerships grow. The category is moving fast, and this team is right at the centre of it.

In This Role, You’ll:
Be the hands-on content creator behind the company’s organic social presence. Your day-to-day is the full content creation loop: editing footage, writing copy, publishing across platforms, engaging the community, and learning from the data to make the next piece better. You’ll also contribute to the editorial direction alongside the Director of Media.
What You'll Be Doing
Content Creation (~75%)
- Editing raw footage into scroll-stopping short-form social media content, this is the bulk of the role
- Writing hooks, scripts, captions, and CTAs that stop the scroll and drive action
- Appearing on camera when needed as part of content
- Publishing on cadence across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Facebook, and X
- In-platform engagement and community building: comments, DMs, replies, relationships
- Daily co-concepting with the Director of Media
- Running the content pipeline so output stays consistent and on-brand
Performance & Reporting (~25%)
- Tracking key metrics: reach, engagement, watch time, follower growth, saves, and shares
- Reviewing performance weekly and reporting findings clearly
- Translating what’s working (and what isn’t) into better content in the next cycle
- Contributing to the editorial calendar and content direction based on performance insights
What You’ll Bring:
Non-negotiable: you have hands-on experience editing short-form video for social media and have grown a real account organically (B2B, founder-led, or a company brand). You can show the content you’ve made, explain the editing choices, and prove the growth was driven by your work. This is the core of what we’re hiring for.
The rest:
- Video editing proficiency: you can take raw footage and turn it into polished, engaging short-form content
- Comfort on camera: you’re willing to appear in content when the role calls for it
- Copywriting ability for hooks, captions, scripts, and CTAs
- Platform-native knowledge: current on formats, sounds, and what performs where
- Analytical instincts: you can read performance data, find the signal, and apply it to your next piece of content
- Comfort with daily, high-frequency collaboration and fast feedback loops
- Ownership: you bring ideas and execute without being managed to it
Nice to have:
- Experience with organic growth strategy or content attribution
Platforms and Tools:
- Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube
- DaVinci, Adobe Premiere (preferably DaVinci)
- Canva, Adobe Express (or Adobe Creative Suite)
- Familiarity with publishing/scheduling tools
- OpusClip, SubMagic, or similar
This Role Isn't For You If
- You’ve never edited short-form video for social media or feel uncomfortable in an editing-heavy role
- You’re a strategist who won’t touch the work, most of the week is making and publishing content
- You think only in views and impressions and have no interest in learning from performance data
- You need heavy direction to set a plan and execute against it
- You’re not comfortable appearing on camera
