Estamos buscando un/a Supervisor/a de Almacén y Logística para liderar la operativa diaria de almacén en un entorno industrial, garantizando el correcto flujo de materiales y producto terminado, así como el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad, calidad y servicio.

Coordinar y supervisar las operaciones de recepción, almacenamiento, preparación de pedidos, suministro a producción y expediciones.
Organizar y gestionar los recursos del turno, distribuyendo al equipo según las necesidades operativas.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de servicio, productividad, calidad y seguridad.
Coordinarse con las áreas de Producción, Planificación, Calidad, Compras y Transporte para garantizar la continuidad de las operaciones.
Realizar el seguimiento de indicadores operativos e impulsar acciones de mejora continua.
Supervisar el correcto uso de instalaciones y equipos logísticos.
Garantizar la fiabilidad del inventario y el cumplimiento de los procesos de trazabilidad y control de stock.
Liderar, desarrollar y acompañar al equipo de almacén en el desempeño de sus funciones.

Formación en Logística, Ingeniería, Operaciones o similar.
Experiencia mínima de 5 años gestionando equipos en almacén, logística o entorno industrial.
Experiencia en coordinación de operaciones logísticas y gestión de personal.
Conocimiento de sistemas ERP; se valorará especialmente experiencia con SAP.
Conocimientos en gestión de almacenes, control de inventarios y mejora continua.
Capacidad de organización, toma de decisiones y resolución de incidencias operativas.

Un perfil con experiencia a pie de operación, capacidad para liderar equipos en turnos productivos y orientación a la mejora de procesos, servicio y eficiencia operativa.
