Your role in our Mission:

To achieve our mission, we need to keep People at the heart of what we do and ensure our employees and candidates receive a positive, efficient and professional experience throughout their journey with Reward Gateway| Edenred. 

As part of our People Operations team, you will provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle and contribute to delivering an exceptional employee and candidate experience. You will work with a variety of People systems and tools, supporting the management of people data, documentation, benefits administration, reporting and process improvement initiatives. 

Alongside your core People Operations responsibilities, you will provide administrative support to the recruiter responsible for non-technical hiring for our Bulgarian operations.
