Test & Development Engineer

• →Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Physics, Engineering Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• →3+ years of experience in engineering, product development, testing, validation, manufacturing, laboratory, or related technical environments.
• →Experience developing and executing test plans, validation protocols, engineering evaluations, or experimental procedures.
• →Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions.
• →Experience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting technical data to support engineering and business decisions.
• →Familiarity with laboratory equipment, measurement tools, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems.
• →Experience preparing technical reports, test documentation, engineering documentation, and work instructions.
• →Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment, collaborating with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations teams.
• →Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate technical information.
• →Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and common engineering or data analysis tools.

• Experience supporting product development, product verification, validation, or new product introduction (NPI) activities.
• Experience with scientific instruments, laboratory equipment, sensors, fluidic systems, medical devices, or other precision electromechanical products.
• Experience with Design of Experiments (DOE), statistical analysis, and structured engineering investigations.
• Familiarity with Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW, or similar automation and data analysis tools.
• Experience with root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and continuous improvement methodologies.
• CAD experience using SolidWorks or similar design software.
• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other structured problem-solving methodologies.
