The Assistant Tasting Room Manager supports the daily operations of our Paso Robles tasting room, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction, team performance, and operational efficiency. This role requires a hands-on leader who exemplifies our core hospitality values and is passionate about wine, food, and outstanding service.

Responsibilities

→4 years of experience in a leadership position.
→Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business Administration, or Culinary Arts preferred/or equivalent work experience.
→Proven track record of success in Restaurant Hospitality or similar role.
→Proven customer service experience as a leader.
→A passion for sharing wine knowledge to inspire staff and customers about our products.
→Familiarity with restaurant management software like Micros POS.
→Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
→Ability to remain composed and professional in dynamic environments.
→Available to work flexible schedule: including days, nights, weekends, holidays.
→Food and beverage (F&B) knowledge: ability to recall menu ingredients and preparations to educate staff and guests.
→Food Safety certification (e.g., SERV Safe)

$30—$34 USD
