We are seeking an outgoing and highly motivated Parts and Accessories Sales Associate! If you have the confidence to sell, love the idea of making unlimited commission selling stuff you love, are a customer service Rockstar, and live to ride, this opportunity may be perfect for you!

Responsibilities

→Work with customers and technicians to identify required parts.
→Sell fun stuff (a.k.a. parts and accessories) to help customers with their personal builds and or maintenance on their units (a portion of your income is commission on your sales)
→Look up records and enter customer information.
→Answer calls and provide exceptional customer service over the phone.
→Keep track of special orders and call customers when items have arrived.
→Provide estimates for parts customers require.
→Make sure all displays are organized.
→Ensure customers are satisfied with all orders and items received.
→Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

→1+ years of powersports dealership experience desired.
→Retail sales experience required.
→Familiar with stocking and organizing parts inventory.
→Experience with point-of-sale & computerized inventory systems and the ability to quickly learn new software systems.
→Experience utilizing dealer management tools, such as CDK, Lightspeed, etc.
→Must have cashier experience utilizing POS and or any other systems required to complete sales
→Must have topnotch organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
→Ability to remain customer focused and respond in a positive manner when faced with difficult or stressful situations.
→Exceptional communication skills
→Attention to detail and ability to desire to learn about our products and parts.
→Friendly, outgoing personality with a can-do attitude!
