Service Advisor - Arrowhead Harley-Davidson

Arrowhead Harley-Davidson is seeking Service Advisors to join our Service Team! If you are a positive, upbeat, and an interactive Service Advisor with a passion for customer service, this opportunity may be perfect for you!

• →Schedule appointments for repair, maintenance, recall work
• →Greet customers, inspect their motorcycles, and answer questions
• →Document problems with Motorcycles and clearly describe them on the Repair Order
• →Notify the Service Manager of additional work needed or any delays in expected completion as soon as they become known, so the customer can be immediately notified
• →Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and cost
• →Offer additional services and products, including special promotions
• →Review Repair Orders in progress to ensure quality and timeliness
• →Follow the status of a customer's powersports vehicle from service bay entry through the completion of work
• →Communicate any changes in timeline, repairs, or cost to the customer
• →Upon completion of work, review the work order with the customer
• →Maintain current technical qualifications by completing all training programs assigned by the Service Manager
• →Other duties as assigned

• 1+ years of Powersports, Harley-Davidson, or Automotive Dealership service experience
• 1+ years Commission Based customer-facing sales experience (preferred)
• Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills
• A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
• Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, and dependable personality
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Motorcycle Endorsement preferred
• Must pass a pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen
