The Cold Prep Cook is the principle catering preparation and service cook for cold food selections. The Cold Prep Cook ensures that all food is consistently prepared in a timely manner and is of the finest quality. Special emphasis is placed on accommodating guest preferences, flexibility with work assignments, efficiency, quality, and social demeanor that contributes to a hospitable environment.

Previous food prep/kitchen experience required. Banquet style prep preferred, as the position will do prep work for banquet events as well as kitchen line. Food service certification is a plus.

Full time position available 30-40 hours per week, AM & PM shifts, Saturday and Sunday open availability a must. 

This position pays $18 to $19 per hour.
