Responsibilities

→Provide direct resident care under supervision of licensed nursing staff
→Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and mobility
→Monitor and report changes in resident condition
→Maintain accurate documentation and support a safe, respectful environment

New or soon-to-be licensed LNAs are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license in New Hampshire
Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program
CPR certification required
Long-term care or healthcare experience preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to work on a team
