Are you an experienced HVAC trim installer ready to lead custom residential new construction projects? We are looking for motivated HVAC Trim Install Teams to join our growing company.

We are seeking skilled professionals with 3+ years of experience in residential HVAC installation for custom homes. This includes:

• Trim installer
• Installing complete HVAC equipment
• Reading and interpreting blueprints
• Ensuring clean, professional job sites and organized company vehicles
• Upholding high standards for safety and workmanship
• Communicating effectively with internal teams and job supervisors

What You Bring:

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC new construction installation experience
• Your own tools and deep knowledge of HVAC systems
• Ability to read and follow blueprints accurately
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail is vital
• Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Leadership and mentoring ability for potential team oversight

Compensation:
