Financial Analyst

• Analyze and provide insights into monthly P&L trends, prepare management reporting for the Board of Directors
• Analyze and prepare trend reports for weekly committees
• Collaborate with the IT Department on the functionality of the BI database and reporting infrastructure
• Coordinate the budgeting process across departments
• Analyze greenfield investments and other special projects as assigned
• Coordinate with all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding financial plans, business profitability and operating forecasts

• BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• 0-3 years of experience
• Statistical software user
• Programming skills are desired

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Ability to work under pressure and to balance multiple tasks simultaneously with strict attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
• Strong problem solving, organizational, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to maintain strict levels of confidentiality
