RPM creates ideas people want to spend time with. We’re an independent creative agency with a strong belief in purposeful brand experiences that change consumer and shopper behaviour. We have been doing this since 1993.

We believe that as humans, we trust people who do what they say, and it’s no different when building brands. We excel at creating meaningful brand interactions in the channels that are in closest contact with consumers: live, retail and digital.

About the Role: Reporting to the Finance Director, in this is a standalone role, you will be responsible for delivering RPM’s people operations and ensuring they’re aligned with our business goals.

You will act as a consultant on human resources management for our board of directors and senior managers, along with the wider team. You will be well versed in organisational change matters as well as delivering the day-to-day activities including processing employee data, providing advice and guidance, case management, recruitment, processing payroll and ensuring benefits, policies and processes are up to date.

It’s a busy, wide ranging standalone role and you will need to have solid organisational and interpersonal skills with an excellent understanding of the full range of HR practices. Ultimately, you will make sure HR runs smoothly and you will be happy to work administratively and strategically.
