Rangi Ruru Girls' School is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Systems and Data Manager to oversee the administration, optimisation and continuous improvement of our school's core information systems and data.

This is a pivotal role at the heart of the school, ensuring our key platforms, FACTS (Student Information System) and Schoolbox (Learning Management System), operate seamlessly while supporting staff with accurate data, meaningful reporting and efficient workflows. You'll play a critical role in maintaining data integrity, streamlining processes and driving system improvements that make a genuine difference across the organisation.

With growing opportunities in analytics, automation, dashboards and emerging technologies, this role offers the chance to move beyond administration and help shape how data and technology support decision-making across the school.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing and optimising FACTS School Management and Schoolbox
• Ensuring data quality, governance and system integrity
• Overseeing user accounts, permissions management
• Managing system integrations, including Wonde
• Developing meaningful reports and dashboards
• Supporting compliance and operational reporting
• Driving process improvement and workflow automation
• Building strong relationships with staff, vendors and stakeholders

Experience with Student Information Systems, Learning Management Systems, Power BI, Power Query or education environments is advantageous, but not essential.

Most importantly, you will enjoy making systems work better and helping people get the most from data and technology.
