Cardiac Sonographer

As a Cardiac Sonographer, your kind, patient-focused attitude and proven experience in echocardiography lead to critical discovery, diagnosis, and treatment.

Performs medically prescribed diagnostic echocardiographic procedures to assess cardiac structures and hemodynamics, utilizing various modes and techniques, including but not limited to 2-dimensional, M-Mode, color flow, pulse wave, and continuous wave Doppler, in accordance with accepted protocols.

• 2 years of experience in cardiac imaging or related field, or Certificate, Associates, or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited cardiac echo sonographer program, or Equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Appropriate credentials in echocardiography from Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS).

• Superior customer service and communication skills

• Strong attention to detail

• 2 to 4 year college degree in health-related imaging preferred

• One (1) to three (3) years of experience as a Registered Sonographer preferred

The posted pay range is a good faith representation of potential base pay for this position. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates could vary based on position details and FTE. Pay is determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, locations, and contracts.
