A.A.S. in Radiologic Technology or completion of a Radiologic Technology hospital certificate program.
ARRT Magnetic Resonance Imaging Certification; American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Certification (ARRT-R) is required within 6 months of employment.
NYS license in Radiologic Technology required, OR must hold NYS permit and obtain licensure within six months of hire.
NYS Injection Certification within 6 months of employment. If hired on or before September 13, 2021, a NYS Injection Certification is required by September 1, 2022.
BLS Certification within 6 months of employment

Magnetic Resonance Imaging experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and the ability to work with various software applications.
Excellent customer service and communication skills

Moderate - Clinical - Moderate clinical roles are patient facing roles that require continual movement, including standing, walking, and lifting 20–50 lbs., along with pushing and pulling medical equipment and assisting with patient positioning. Employees perform frequent bending, twisting, and reaching while completing fine motor tasks in busy or confined clinical environments. High sensory acuity is essential for monitoring patient status and responding to alarms or safety concerns. Emotional and cognitive demands are substantial, involving decision-making under pressure, responding to emergencies, and maintaining sustained focus. Environmental exposures include infectious agents, bodily fluids, chemicals, and radiation. TB testing, mask-fit testing, and physical exams are common requirements.

An official transcript from an accredited school or a letter emailed directly from the school’s registrar’s office confirming program completion will be accepted upon graduation.
Primary source education verification is required within 90 days of graduation.
