General knowledge of the healthcare billing arena.
Ability to work with various levels of management and physicians, remaining professional with various types of communication.
Remain professional and focused under multiple tasks and deadlines.
Ability to articulate and discuss financial details with patients in a calm, professional manner.
Experience with Google spreadsheets or Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
Experience with analytical duties and acquired skills to make decisions on a process flow and point out areas of possible improvement.
