Implementation Manager

Backed by leading investors including Battery, Bessemer and CRV, we've raised $48M across four rounds and are growing quickly: We're live in over 500 stores across the USA, Canada, and the Caribbean, and integrated with over 20 industry partners. Our team is made up of builders, sellers, and industry veterans with a shared goal: to bring modern technology to an overlooked industry.

As an Implementation Manager at Rundoo, you will lead clients through the entire implementation process, from initial sign-up to steady state, where they are fully transitioned to general support. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience, working closely with both clients and internal teams to drive successful outcomes. You’ll report to Rundoo’s Head of CX, Vidhan and work closely with a team of peers on the implementation team who do the same role. You’ll also collaborate closely with our sales team and client success team to ensure a clean and efficient client handoff between teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building lasting customer relationships and growing with a fast-paced startup.

A resource document will be provided - you’ll also have time to prepare and ask questions in person. The goal is to see how you develop an agenda, problem-solve live, and what types of clarifying questions you ask clients.

We’ll go through a short demo of a section of Rundoo. You’ll then have time to explore independently and ask questions. Then, you’ll run a short training session on the section of Rundoo you reviewed.

• Leslie - I’m a recent MBA graduate with roughly a decade across operations and implementation roles at startups. I’m happiest when there’s something new to build.

• Dominic — I built and scaled an implementation function from the ground up at an early-stage legal-tech company. I’m passionate about structured onboarding that helps customers reach value quickly.

• Jacob — I started as a paint-store delivery driver, grew into management, and helped open a local dealership over a decade in the industry. I joined Rundoo to make an even bigger impact for the people behind independent-store counters.

• Viviana - I’m based in Aptos, California, and spent nearly a decade in agriculture, including organic certification and agtech. I’m excited to bring that industry perspective to Rundoo.

• Jason — I managed a paint store and used Rundoo as a customer before joining the company. Now I help other independent businesses experience the same benefits firsthand.

• Lej — I’m passionate about technology and helping people, and I focus on finding problem-solvers who care as much about impact as they do about innovation.

• Kevin T. — I studied marketing and sales leadership at DePaul and bring five years of client-success experience implementing software, improving processes, and creating excellent customer experiences.

• Alec — I’m an experienced implementation professional with a background in healthcare technology and payment processing.

• Brian — I have more than five years of experience as an implementation manager, most recently in food technology, where I helped food and beverage companies adopt new software.

• Kevin N. — I’m a Florida State graduate, former actor, and Chicago native with more than five years of experience across sales and implementation.

• Lamar — I’m a South Side Chicago native, University of Illinois Chicago alum, and former elementary-school educator. As a career changer, I bring a teacher’s empathy, adaptability, and broad life experience to implementation.

• Alex — I’m a former middle-school band director turned SaaS implementation consultant and manager, with more than five years leading end-to-end software rollouts. Hook ’em 🤘

1. A $2m pre-seed led by Kent Bennett at Bessemer with participation from Plug & Play, Quiet Capital, and Sequoia.

2. A $5m seed led by Caitlin Bolnick Rellas at CRV.

3. An $11m series A led again by Bessemer and CRV.

4. A $30m series B led by Battery.
