We are a warm, close-knit retired couple who have built a full and meaningful life together. Our home is a calm, organized space filled with art, nature, and familiar routines. We have a dedicated art studio, love watching the birds gather at the feeder outside our family room window, and appreciate a home that is thoughtfully cared for and runs with consistency. Our longtime housekeeper has been part of our family for nearly two decades, and weekly landscapers help keep our outdoor spaces beautiful.

Family is a huge part of what makes our lives so full. Our two adult children are hands-on, involved, and an important part of our day-to-day world. They are around regularly, deeply connected to us, and will naturally be part of the landscape for the person stepping into this role. We are very much a family that shows up for one another, and that connection brings a tremendous amount of joy to our lives.

As our needs have evolved, we’ve reached a point where we could use another set of capable, trusted hands to help with the administrative and logistical pieces of everyday life. Support with things like errands, appointments, healthcare coordination, household organization, and planning will allow us to spend less time managing the details and more time truly enjoying life together.

Ultimately, we’re hoping to create more space for the things that bring us joy — staying active, eating well, painting, discovering a new favorite show, spending time with our children, enjoying social outings, and appreciating the little moments, like watching the birds at the feeder. With the right support, our goal is simple: to continue living life together as fully and joyfully as possible.

You are warm, dependable, resourceful, and naturally proactive. You notice what needs doing, anticipate challenges, and find thoughtful ways to make everyday life easier, more organized, and more joyful. You understand this role is about more than managing tasks — it's about building trust, providing genuine companionship, and helping someone feel supported while maintaining their independence.

You are someone who:

  • You are proactive and solutions-oriented, anticipating needs, taking initiative, and finding opportunities to simplify routines and bring joy to everyday moments.
  • You are familiar with healthcare coordination and comfortable navigating healthcare systems, scheduling appointments, communicating with providers, and managing prescriptions and patient portals.
  • You are a natural companion who brings warmth, patience, emotional intelligence, and genuine connection, including when supporting individuals experiencing memory challenges.
  • You are organized and efficient, thoughtfully coordinating appointments, errands, and schedules while remaining flexible and adaptable.
  • You are tech-savvy and confident using Apple devices, digital calendars, online portals, and everyday apps to keep life running smoothly.
  • You are a proactive communicator who provides clear updates, follows through on commitments, and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
  • You are trustworthy and respectful, valuing discretion, protecting independence, and understanding the privilege of becoming part of someone's home and daily life.

Above all, you bring a thoughtful balance of efficiency, compassion, and make each day feel a little easier, brighter, and more connected.
