We are a busy, active household of three — two working parents and a spirited toddler — with a small, easygoing older dog rounding out our crew. We value efficiency, thoughtful systems, and clear communication. We have a good rhythm and a full life; and we’re looking for a trusted, capable partner who can help bring a little more order to the everyday and keep our household running smoothly.

We’re not looking for someone to manage us. We’re looking for someone who notices what needs to be done, takes initiative, and enjoys creating systems that make life easier. Our home already has the foundation for great organization; it simply needs consistent attention and someone with the skills and vision to build upon it and keep things moving. We are a tech forward family and hoping you are the same, looking for help with meal preparation, daily tidying, errands, scheduling, and the many little details that keep a busy household on track.

Our daughter is pure joy and brings plenty of energy and personality to our home. While this is primarily a household management role, we’d love to find someone who genuinely enjoys children and is happy to step in for occasional babysitting or childcare support when needed.

One parent works fully remotely and the other has a hybrid schedule, while our daughter attends preschool. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working alongside us while we move through our days — confident operating independently, communicating well, and becoming a natural part of our household rhythm.

You are a proactive, self-directed professional who doesn’t need hand-holding. You thrive in a dynamic household and bring a calm, capable, can-do energy to everything you touch. You naturally see what needs to be done, take ownership, and follow through — often spotting and solving a need before anyone has to ask.

Organization isn’t simply a task for you; it’s how you think. You enjoy creating thoughtful, practical systems (think more tech forward) that make a household run more smoothly and, just as importantly, maintaining those systems over time. You’re comfortable juggling shifting priorities, anticipating what’s coming next, and keeping the everyday details moving without needing constant direction.

You communicate clearly, directly, and concisely. You say what you mean, do what you say you’ll do, and proactively flag questions or issues rather than waiting for someone to check in.

You also have meaningful experience caring for young children and genuinely enjoy being around them. While household management will be your primary focus, you’re comfortable stepping into a backup childcare role when needed and can confidently transition between supporting the home and engaging with a toddler.

Above all, you are resilient, trustworthy, discreet, and genuinely invested in making the households you support run better. You understand that trust is earned over time, and you build it through consistency, good judgment, strong communication, and results.
